Career Services at Business Skills College

Job search activities begin early on in your program. The amount of time that you spend on job search activities during your program generally reduces the amount of time it takes to find a job upon completion of the program.  You will participate in job search activities and work closely with Career Services staff to learn and polish the skills demanded by employers.

We will assist you with your job search efforts through:

  • Seminars on Resume and Job Search skills
  • A personal resume review session
  • Interview Skills practice in a mock interview
  • A large database of employers that is updated and expanded on an ongoing basis
  • Career Services staff who monitor employment developments
  • A Job Posting Board where you can review current job opportunities
  • An e-mail program informing students on a timely basis of any pertinent opportunities
  • An aggressive Company Contact program to acquaint employers with Business Skills College
  • Periodic presentations by Employment Agencies and Employers

Placement Assistance
An important aspect of Business Skills College is our success rates with helping our graduates find employment at the end of their training. For many of our diploma programs, over 90% of our graduates are working.
